What do you want to do in life?

This is a most common question that is asked or may be thought by someone. Most of us actually don’t know. We just follow others dreams. Sometimes knowingly and sometimes unknowingly. We never gave it a deep thought. What can make us happy? What we really want in our life? Life is definitely not simple, its complex. As we grow up these complexities increase. We try to avoid situations; rather we’re happy thinking that we got want we want. Money, fame, loads of so-called friends, but is that what we crave for. My observation says that people smile very less now-a-days. Even if they do, it seems more fake and temporary. Life is all about worries and tension. Most common statement I have heard in my life is “I’m busy”, “I don’t have time”.

Strange I thought that god has given everyone 24 hours. How come on the earth you’re in dearth of time? People forget the things they loved to do. Enjoying rains. Wasn’t there a time we use to get drenched in rain and soaked ourselves and still wanted to stay there for a while more? When we loved what our moms cooked for us. I don’t blame kids of Gen Y for this; their moms don’t cook that good. :P. Dads in my time use to be this strict kinda. But now dads are cool, supportive. Wow things have change.

Well distracting from the topic. Yeah, what do we want exactly then, love (happens every weekend), money (we earn it hard to spend on people we don’t even love or know), oh and yes, respect (do we respect our parents). We’re quite demanding. Not bad. We should be. Still, are we happy? We don’t get proper sleep thinking of the home loans, credit card bills and what not. What the hell are we earning for? To live this life. A life of illusion and fantasy. Which doesn’t exist.

What I want o do in my life is to make people smile. To make people laugh. To lie on ground under the stars all night and watch the beautiful sceneries. To go on a holiday with my family. To enjoy each and every moment of my life as it is last. To play with children. These small things brings joy in my life and I’m happy when I do this. I know sounds unrealistic but that’s what I want to do in my life. Adventure, jungle safaris, a day when my phone doesn’t ring. And the benefit of course is it shows on your face, it shines and glows like a night bulb. :D. People, think upon what you want to do in your life, desperately, and write it down.

Best of Luck

TO MY LOVE

When I see you
I look beyond the stars
I feel the wind around
I miss a beat or two
I tend to forget myself

I donno when I'll see you next
but all I wish right now
is to be with you

when you are not with me
I see you in the sky
I see you in the sunshine
I see you in the moonlight
I see you through the window
I see you everywhere

I just remember the way you touched me
kissed me ... loved me
I have been tied to you through the thread of "LOVE"

I miss you from the deepness of my soul
I wonder why i miss you
why I love you so much
but its beyond my control
as once you said that
one day I'll lose my mind
yes, I accept I have lost my mind
and I know i love you
and will love you forever
you make me smile
I want my smile back
I want you back
coz I wane see you all my life.

OPPORTUNITIES WITHIN

WHATEVER YOU CAN DO OR DREAM YOU CAN, BEGIN IT.

BOLDNESS HAS GENIUS, POWER AND MAGIC IN IT.

BEGIN IT NOW.

---GOETHE

The great mind of country had the ability to make others join their endeavour to convert dreams into reality. Our nation has ample of dreams to be fulfilled and we have great minds also but still we can observe that India is still developing. What may be the reason? I wonder because as of I know India has talent as well as the power to procure what potentially a developed nation can. I once read Dr. Abdul Kalam’s interview, somebody asked him “Who is our biggest enemy”: he answered “Poverty”

Yes, its poverty that is killing us and has deep carved holes in our country. If we ponder over this situation it is not a small issue. Our government is squandering lakh crores over the development but what exactly is the result. As the proposition says “Opportunities within”. We have to find the opportunities within ourselves. Our development will only result in the development of our country and if we are able to help our society as well that is more than wonderful. But the question is in such a large country where to start from?

Difficult to answer but it does have an answer though.

MEN OFTEN BECOME WHAT THEY BELIEVE THEMSELVES TO BE. IF I BELIEVE I CANNOT DO SOMETHING, IT MAKES ME INCAPABLE OF DOING IT. BUT WHEN I BELIEVE I CAN, THEN I ACQUIRE THE ABILITY TO DO IT EVEN IF I DIDN’T HAVE IT IN THE BEGINNING.

---MAHATAMA GANDHI

There is nothing mysterious about the abundance in developed nations. We should know that youth is our future, it’s within our country we can optimally utilize them. A proper education would help nurture a sense of dignity and self respect among the youth. These are the qualities that no law can enforce-they have to be nurtured ourselves. Once Dr. Abdul Kalam said “Dream, dream, dream. Dream transforms into thoughts. Thoughts results into actions.” What is called “Revolutionary”, its nothing but dreams resulting into thoughts then into actions. If there are no thoughts, no actions will emanate. One has to act only planning doesn’t work.

Some data here can vouch that Indians are among the world most revered persons (a fact most people in India don’t know)

1.We Indians are the wealthiest among all ethnic groups in America.

2. There are 3.22 million of Indians in USA (15% of population)

3. 3% of doctors, 12% scientists, 36% of NASA scientists, 34% of Microsoft employees, 28% of IBM employees, 17% of INTEL scientists & 13% of XEROX employees in USA are Indians.

4. GM of HP: Rajiv Gupta

5. Creator of Pentium chip (90% of today’s computers run on it): Vinod Dahm

6. Founder of HOTMAIL (world’s no. 1 web based email program): Sabeer Bhatia

7. Chief Executives of Citibank, McKensey & Stanchart: Victor Menezes, Rajat Gupta & Rana Talwar

There are many more examples even a whole book can written on it. Imagine if these people would have worked for India where would our country reach. People say we are short of money so called capital. I should tell them that the combine income of Ambanis can buy a small country like Sri Lanka. Kingfisher CEO Vijay Maliya has his own jet, a cruise & more than 60 cars on his name. What’s call money then? India has money, so the question is where to spend that money. This may be the answer to the opportunities within. India uses its money in politics, religious communalism & creating unrest in the country. A scholar once said that “For great men, religion is a way of making friends; small people make religion a fighting tool.” Unfortunately for India, not many have helped India to become a nation of peace. Indians have got really good memory for adversities. Not enough effort has been made in the last fifty years to foster that memory. The central theme of any religion is spiritual well being. Indeed it should be understood that the foundation of secularism in India has to be deprived from spirituality. It is because our sense of mission has weakened & we have ceased to be true to our culture and ourselves. If we come to look upon ourselves as divided people with no pride in our past and no faith in the future, what else can we look forward to except frustration, disappointment and despair?

The greatest danger to our sense of unity and our sense of purpose comes from ideologists who seek to divide people. What we need today is a vision for a nation which can bring unity. It is when we accept India in all splendid glory that, with a shared past as a base, we look forward to a shared future of peace and prosperity, of creation and abundance. The developed India will not be a nation of cities. It will be a network of prosperous villages empowered by tele-education and e-commerce. This attitude will lead to minimizing the rural-urban divide as progress takes place in the countryside and urbanites move to rural areas to absorb the best of what nature can give in the form of products and wealth. The most important and urgent task before our leadership is to get all the forces for constructive change together and deploy them in a mission mode. India is a country of one billion people with numerous religions and communities. It offers wide spectrum of ideologies, besides its geographic diversity. This is our greatest strength. The people have to come together to create a harmonious India.

India has to find its opportunities within itself. India has potential, knowledge and culture sharing. India should concentrate on its stronger points like its rich heritage & traditions. Every state in our country has a unique core competence. India is ready to become a knowledge superpower because of abundance of knowledge it possess. By this we can see how we have so much of things within India itself but all it need is to ignite its youth to work through the development of India as a whole not regions.

JAGO INDIA JAGO

BEWARE: you are being watched

Life is like a merry go round,
That’s what it sound.
We just spend time in spree,
And then find some time free.
Hope you would understand ever,
But till then life is over.
God will laugh at you,
And dance all around.
Say then what will u do,
When his debts are going to bound you.
Seems that then you will run away,
There where pigs live in sly.
Washed away will be your pride,
He’ll take you on that ride.
Then don’t feel like dropped out,
Because he is going to make you sprout.
You will crave for his love,
And die missing your beloved’s hug.
Fill through your lungs & shout hard,
But oh! You are left with no card.
Critically examining your body,
The doctor will say to everybody.
We are sorry, that’s what was our role,
There comes the almighty to take his soul.
Here is your body lying,
You left everybody crying.
But ever thought what shame would you bring,
When god measures you where would you sink.

Being A Girl

Sitting in a corner, beckoning the bad days,
Desolated from the world, losing my sobriety & modesty
Thinking someday I would be free,
Free from shoddy people, from dampen surroundings.
I stepped out of the arena, breaking the barriers
To fight for the sake of justice
I am no more fragile, now I feel strong,
The power of Durga is in me,
Today I m epitome to all.

Men fabricated me as an idol,
Worshipped me as goddess,
Enshrined me as Laxmi, Durga, Sarswati.
But my applause to their hypocrisy
They abstain me from coming to this world,
To being born as a girl.
As a goddess I m prosperity,
As a girl I m adversity.

But I refuse to accept this cult,
Not anymore. I m now,
The baritone of good over evil,
The subtle termite boosts my spirit,
I m breaking free…….
I m elated with my progress
But it’s just the beginning,
My friends you have to come together
And ingrain the optimism of emancipation.
Stop the jeering molestation & derogatory remarks.

We are as living as they are;
We are not their despondent anymore
We are not an attire to be worn and thrown
So I take the plunge and vouch for my happiness
I come out and see, the light house is waiting to guide.
Today my persona is benign
An embodiment of class and niche
My sophistication is polemical.

All men are astonished to see my valour,
I ramped their ego and dominance
Albeit the dint was hard but it was necessary
I broke the vicious circle &
Entered the profound enshrines of the world
which was hidden from me since long.
My intrepidity rose equamity
Because my dissonance led this mutiny
More like me will rise,
The world will see the radical change,
It’s going to be our world.

Come out of the illusion
Here you are losing all the dimensions.
Wait I m entering your world
And I promise I’ll rule,
No less than what you thought of me
Just wait as I come.

Cheers!!!!

Enjoying Unemployment

Well, to start with this is not a new story but the same old problem of unemployment in our country. I completed my MBA in 1st week of May and still i m jobless. It not that i'm not getting jobs. But the real thing i didn't got anything that would suit my interest. So, as a matter of fact i understood i should change my interest level. lol. My classmates, most of them are facing similar situation. They are not getting what they want and finally are settling for what they even hate to do. Just for people to know that today's youth is struggling with fear of rejection because there is a hell lot of competition. Many of us don't know where are we heading, are we on the right path. This is the reason why people choose a wrong career and it takes them years to mend their mistakes. But i'm still full of hope, though my parents, my sister, my friends, everyone, pressurizing me to do any job that i get hands on so that i could earn some pocket money and be independent. I know what i want but only because i'm not able to achieve it and facing difficulties i can't leave that path. I'm totally disappointed by their viewpoints. Because i believe once u took a wrong path its very difficult to find the right one. On the contrary if you spend sometime in figuring the right path you won't have to struggle much in crossing the hurdles because you have carefully analysed the pros and cons involves in it. Unexpected things would happen but then whats life without challenges. So, i want to tell people live your life to the fullest and keep on trying for what you believe in and you would get it one day.

Best of luck to all.

Cheers!!!
